Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
If your order has not been processed, ie. you cancel reasonably quickly after your order, we should be able to cancel it at no charge. If your order has been despatched, you will need to arrange sending the products back in good condition (unused and unopened) and you will be refunded minus a 5% handling charge + all delivery costs.
