Order online or by telephone. We aim to
dispatch within 24 hours. At busy times (Christmas) , please allow 4-7 working
days for delivery.
All orders are packaged with great care to
ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Options:
1) UK Standard. Delivery is
usually within 2-4 working days by Royal Mail First Class and costs starts at £2.00 per order
2) Europe.
Delivery is usually within
4-8 working days by Royal Mail Air Mail Service and costs starts at £4.50 per
order.
3) Rest
of the world. Delivery is usually within 6-10 working days by Royal
Mail Air Mail Service and costs starts at £10.50 per order.
Please note:

parcels or by separate carriers
- We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
- Due to strikes actions with Royal Mail, at times
your order may be delayed, this we have no control over and cannot be held
responsible for late delivery.
Royal Mail Delivery Information:
Standard 1st Class Delivery, Royal Mail may be unable to deliver your parcel as
it may be too big for your letter box. We are able to put a note on
non-recorded delivery parcels with instructions to leave with a neighbour or in
a secure area such as a porch/shed*.
If there is nobody at the delivery address
to receive the parcel, a calling card will be left at the property. You will
then be able to contact your local sorting office to arrange a second delivery
or collection.
Recorded Delivery:
If you have requested Recorded Delivery,
Royal Mail are not able to leave the parcel without obtaining a signature -
your parcel will be returned to your local sorting office and a calling card
will be left at the property. Please contact us if you would like to know your
Recorded Delivery tracking number - parcels can be tracked with this number
online at www.royalmail.co.uk.

'Comments' box during checkout.
Missing/Lost Parcels:
Royal Mail class a parcel as 'lost' if
delivery has not been made within 15 working days. We will refund or replace
orders that have not had attempted delivery 15 working days from our dispatch
date (this date can be viewed in 'Your Account').
We will not refund for orders that have had
an attempted delivery and been returned to your local sorting office following
a calling card being left at the delivery address.
If an unclaimed parcel is returned to us, we
are happy to re-dispatch the order following a second payment for delivery.
Can I cancel my order after it has been
submitted? If your order has not been processed, ie.
you cancel reasonably quickly after your order (one hour), we should be able to
cancel it at no charge. If your order has been despatched, you will need to
arrange sending the products back in good condition (unused and unopened) and
you will be refunded minus the delivery/shipping costs.

30 days for a refund or exchange.
Making a Return by Mail:
Send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department specifying whether you
would like a refund or exchange.
